Return & Refund Policy

At VF Jewelry and Gems, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not meet expectations, our return process is structured to handle your request clearly and transparently.

Eligibility Windows & Conditions

  • Return Window: We accept formal return requests within 30 days of confirmed carrier delivery.

  • Item Condition Standards: Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all hardware branding tags securely attached, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

  • Exclusions: We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or any item showing visible signs of wear, washing, or structural modification.

Restocking Fees & Deductions

  • Standard Returns: All voluntary returns (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size selection) are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This amount is automatically deducted from your total refund calculation upon processing.

  • Defective or Damaged Items: Orders returning due to merchant error, transit damage, or manufacturing defects are 100% exempt from restocking fees.

Return Shipping Protocol

  • Standard Returns: Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee processing for items lost in transit.

  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: Inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photographic proof. We will evaluate the issue and provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

Exchanges The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item for a refund (minus the 20% restocking fee) and place a new order separately once the return is processed.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected at our hub, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund equal to the original purchase price minus the 20% restocking fee will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 business days. Bank and credit card processing times may vary.
