Shipping Costs

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a confirmation email with tracking information will be provided when available.

International Shipping

Delivery Issues

VF Jewelry and Gems is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages caused by the shipping carrier once the order has been handed over. Please contact the carrier directly for delivery issues.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
